The Basics of Stress Relief 1. Exercise-Make the time or it does not get done 2. Get enough Sleep and NO 4 hours is not enough! 3. Eat right-if you eat fast food then you are not eating right.
Here are a few that I like: 1. Build and keep people around you that are positive, trustworthy and that “bring you up in life” not the other way around- If they bring you down or all you do is “Bring them UP” then it is not a comparable relationship
2. Pass the Buck-In other words-Delegate and make sure you delegate to people’s strengths and not to their areas that need growth
3. Decide and accept that everything does not have to be Perfect-You are the only one that knows things did not go as YOU had planned them
4. Recognize your Talents and stop beating yourself up-Compliment yourself
My favorite saying is “I want to be the Woman that when my feet hit the floor Satan says ‘OH SHIT SHE IS AWAKE’!
